richphil Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the richphil website (richphil.app), mobile-browser interface, and all associated services operated by richphil.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the richphil Platform.
• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Player's richphil Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives credited to an Account that are subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means PHP amounts deposited by a Player via approved payment methods that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license richphil operates.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.

By accessing the richphil Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the richphil Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of location, provided that Philippine law governs the gaming relationship between the Player and richphil. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the richphil Platform complies with local applicable law.

To register and use a richphil Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
4. You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is prohibited or where you would be in breach of applicable local law by using the richphil Platform.
5. You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of richphil or any of its affiliates or gaming suppliers.
6. You are registering only one Account in your own legal name. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
7. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the richphil Platform.

To create a richphil Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, a password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine billing address. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC)

richphil is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Proof of residential address may also be required. richphil reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphil Account credentials. You agree to notify richphil immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. richphil will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. richphil staff will never request your password under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the richphil Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). richphil accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the following approved payment channels:

Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit is ₱50. richphil does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of richphil's control. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the richphil Account, as verified through KYC. richphil reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for large or frequent withdrawal requests as required by anti-money laundering obligations. richphil does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

richphil offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus validity periods are displayed in the account Bonus Inbox. Unused bonus funds expire on the stated date with no refund.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10%–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. Specific rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet size while bonus funds are active is ₱500 per spin or round unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• richphil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or modify bonus terms at any time without prior notice, subject to honours for bonuses already claimed and in progress.

Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, hedging bets across outcomes with the intent to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or providing false information to claim bonuses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential recovery of any affected winnings.

All games available on the richphil Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface, as well as the following general gaming conditions:

• Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game results — card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls — observed in real time. richphil does not control live dealer game outcomes beyond the selection of certified studio providers.
• All game results displayed on the richphil Platform are final once a round or spin completes. richphil does not reverse or alter game outcomes except where a technical error is proven to have affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, richphil's system will attempt to complete the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection. Wagers placed prior to disconnection are not automatically refunded.
• richphil does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, temporarily suspended, or altered by their respective providers.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the game's information panel. richphil does not artificially adjust RTP rates from those certified by the relevant game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richphil Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal gaming entertainment.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or software vulnerabilities in any richphil game or system.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Facilitating, assisting, or allowing any third party to access or use your richphil Account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Posting or transmitting harassing, defamatory, or harmful content through any richphil communication channel.

richphil is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should always be conducted within personal financial limits. richphil provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible at no cost through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in PHP, effective immediately upon saving.
• Session Reminders: Automated notifications after a defined number of continuous play minutes.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 6 weeks, with no override available during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the richphil Platform, processed within 24 hours of request and non-reversible for the defined minimum period.

richphil staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may, at their discretion, reach out to Players showing signs of harmful play patterns. Players may also contact richphil support directly to request account limitations or refer to the richphil Responsible Gaming page for further guidance, helpline contacts, and PAGCOR-registered support resources.

All content on the richphil Platform — including but not limited to the richphil brand name, logo, website design, game assets, marketing materials, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of richphil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the richphil Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any richphil content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of richphil's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be actively enforced.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphil and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your decision to wager real money on the Platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device issues outside richphil's control.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service suppliers used in connection with the Platform.
• Inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC that results in account complications.

Nothing in these Terms limits richphil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. richphil's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real money funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

richphil processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

richphil implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. Your information will not be sold to third parties. Data sharing is limited to circumstances required for service delivery, legal compliance, or PAGCOR regulatory obligations.

richphil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with unlawful conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith.
• Reasonable belief that the Account is being operated by an individual under the age of 21.
• Request by the Account holder for self-exclusion.
• richphil's operational decision to cease providing services in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, richphil reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and — where fraud or prohibited conduct is established — Real Money Funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player or by richphil for non-disciplinary reasons, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment account, subject to completed KYC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the richphil Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first contact richphil's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation. richphil will respond to all formal written complaints within 10 business days. Disputes relating to PAGCOR compliance matters may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

richphil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — including changes to bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or Player rights — richphil will provide advance notice to registered Players via account email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform login screen.

Your continued use of the richphil Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure at any time by contacting richphil support.

Formal written complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 10 business days where possible.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the richphil Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
